IWFM relaunches Women in FM Network
IWFM | Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management has relaunched its Women in FM Network, reaffirming its commitment to supporting women across the workplace and facilities management profession.
The refreshed network aims to widen participation, strengthen career pathways and help more women progress into senior and specialist FM roles - areas where underrepresentation remains a challenge.
Now chaired by Christy Smith MIWFM of Integrated Estates Management, the network will focus on practical support and measurable impact for members and employers alike.
A new 2026 activity calendar will introduce both in-person and online events, mentoring opportunities and career-focused sessions. A positive step for FM!
