We have implemented the Recite Me toolbar on our website for end-users to provide the exact tools and adjustments required by 20% of the population to allow equality of access to the recruitment process online. Tools include a screen reader, content simplification, line follow, translation support, etc. The technology is fast becoming an industry-standard in the recruitment sector as organisations look to increase cognitive diversity in their candidate pools and ensure all candidates have equality of access to research and apply for positions.
