The IWFM Impact Awards are back for 2026!

With 20 categories across People and Organisation, there’s real breadth in recognising the impact FM has across workplaces, communities and the wider built environment.

Armed Forces Veteran in Facilities Management Award
As a committee member of the IWFM Veterans in FM Network, this category means a great deal! It recognises veterans who’ve successfully transitioned into FM and are bringing leadership, resilience and operational excellence into our industry. If you know a veteran in FM doing great work, please encourage them to enter or nominate them.

FM Leader of the Year
For the leaders who inspire, develop others and keep organisations moving forward, often behind the scenes but always with impact.

Rising Star
Celebrating emerging talent already shaping the future of FM. If you’re hiring, mentoring or working alongside early-career professionals who are flying, this is their moment.
