Dalkia secures three-year FM deal with Fujitsu
Dalkia UK has secured a three-year FM contract with Fujitsu, covering five data centres and 15 office sites across the UK and Ireland.
This marks the first time Fujitsu has brought its UK property portfolio under a single FM arrangement – aiming to improve performance and consistency across both mission-critical and corporate environments.
Dalkia will handle M&E, building fabric and energy services across the estate, following an eight-month competitive tender.
