New Legislation: Flexible Working Seen as Biggest Challenge

Flexible working isn't new but fresh research shows that over 1 in 5 HR leaders say it’ll be the most difficult part of the upcoming employment rights bill to put into practice.

It’s not hard to see why. If your workforce is largely on-site – as with some FM roles, engineering, logistics – then ‘flexibility’ isn’t as simple as hybrid or remote.
