With recent announcements that the UK has reached full employment, and has the lowest levels of unemployment since 1975 at just 4%, we take a look at what that means to our clients who are in pursuit of the highest quality FM candidates.

The late icy cold spring and unusually warm and glorious summer we are having seems to have driven a huge increase in demand for FM temps over the last few months. I am not sure that there is any link between the weather and the demand for good quality temps in our industry but demand is certainly picking up.
