300 North are delighted to be sponsoring Paralympic Athlete Callum Hall. Callum is 26 years old and originally from Yeadon in West Yorkshire. He was paralysed in September 2012 after stepping on a sea urchin in Greece. This caused an epidural abscess on his spine and resulted in paraplegia. Callum was passionate about sport, being a PE teacher and playing football before his accident. He took up wheelchair racing in 2014 after hearing about it from ex patients at Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield.

With recent announcements that the UK has reached full employment, and has the lowest levels of unemployment since 1975 at just 4%, we take a look at what that means to our clients who are in pursuit of the highest quality FM candidates.
We are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new 300 North website and blog. You will hopefully by now have seen our new, modern and easily navigable website. You will notice I am sure, the easy to find latest jobs and simple options to upload your cv's, post new job opportunities, apply for posts or just find out a bit more about us and the team who are working with you.

“Jenny has never failed to provide suitable candidates for various positions that I have needed to fill within the FM providers I’ve worked for. Her knowledge of the sector is unparalleled and seems to know everyone! She is attentive and tenacious in her pursuit of the right candidate. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for your next recruitment drive.”

"I have worked with Theresa and 300 North for around 2 years across several recruitment campaigns, during this period I have found Theresa to be one of the few people working in recruitment who actually listens to what we require and goes above and beyond to meet these needs.
Hiring remote based staff across large areas is always a tough challenge and I am usually very skeptical about handing over a search to a recruiter who may not be familiar with our company, job functions, requirements, and culture. However, Theresa has grasped everything, and has done an outstanding job in providing us with a slate of qualified candidates who are properly prepared and know about the job and the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending 300 North to any employer looking for an excellent quality of service and a high success rate to match."
