"Jenny has been very proactive in finding candidates for a number of vacancies I recently had, having explained the job role and our requirements to Jenny she has found candidates which matched this criteria as closely as possible and of the people I have interviewed It is clear these are carefully selected tailored to the role. Jenny is a pleasure to communicate with and is always professional and helpful."

We were encountering some stubborn recruitment issues on schools that we manage in Leeds, after a discussion with Paul we decided on a strategy to look at our short term and long term recruitment solutions. Paul's team quickly sourced a number of staff who they interviewed to ensure all the candidates were suitable for our needs. With the help that 300 North gave us we were able to resolve our recruitment issues.
I have been impressed by the honesty and professional service I have received from 300 North and would have no hesitation in recommending them for all your recruitment needs.

"Having worked in the law enforcement industry for a number of years, I was struggling to change my career path. I had previously joined a number of recruitment agencies and applied for a number of jobs but never had a response.
On applying for a job through 300 North, I felt they acted as a brilliant communication link between myself and prospective employer. Theresa contacted me within a day of applying for the job. She was wonderful at answering my questions, explaining the recruitment process, job requirements and liaising between myself and the prospective company.
As I have never worked in the trade industry, I had limited knowledge of trade test. She offered me great advice and support through the whole recruitment process and gave me regular and timely updates even over the Christmas holiday period.
I would like to personally thank Theresa and her team. Without their help and support I would not have been successful through the recruitment process.
I have highly recommended 300 North to my family and friends, and will not hesitate to contact them in the future."
MANY FISH OR THE RIGHT FISH?
WHAT IS THE BEST APPROACH FOR YOUR FM RECRUITMENT STRATEGY?
In a full employment market where good quality facilities management candidates are few and far between it is easy to think that the more recruiters you throw at a problem, the better the result. Surely the wider you throw the net the more fish you will catch? Where fish are abundant this might be true but if you need a specific type, size and shape of fish more nets will just result in catching lots of the wrong types of fish. This means spending more of your time and energy doing the hard work to select the right one, whilst the recruiters hard sell you on their specific candidates.
