Role: Maintenance Joiner/ Joinery bias Fabric Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary & Package :
£11.22ph based on 40 hours (£23,337.60 per annum)
X1.5 after 40 hours & Saturday, X2 Sunday
Door to door travel less 30 mins of an evening
On call 1 in 6- Call out is at flat for travel, site time is double time-

Our client: A large growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a maintenance joiner to work on a mobile basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all reactive Fabric Maintenance with strong joinery skills.
Sites are predominantly leisure and retail
The successful candidate will be ideally useful with minor plumbing and plaster patching.
This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi - skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Doors, locks, skirting boards, architrave
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Relevant Carpentry Qualification
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
