Summary:

• Head of Hard FM Operations PFI / PPP
• Location: South Wales Hybrid
• Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 plus car allowance plus benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Hard FM Operations PFI / PPP to lead the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services on a PPP contract in South Wales

This is a key leadership role, where you will be responsible for ensuring operations across hard services, asset management, compliance, lifecycle planning and service delivery within a complex PPP contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a major PFI Facilities Management  contract, ensuring the successful delivery of contractual KPIs and service standards.
• Ensure full statutory, contractual HTM compliance across all engineering disciplines.
• Take full responsibility for contract performance, including P&L, budgets, lifecycle and commercial management.
• Lead and develop high performing teams
• Build strong relationships with the client, SPV, delivery partners and  subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Technical background ideally within mechanical or electrical engineering
• Significant senior leadership experience within Hard FM, Building Services or Engineering.
• Experience delivering complex PFI, PPP or similar critical environment contracts ideally within hospital healthcare environment NHS or SPV management
• A strong understanding operations lifecycle management, statutory compliance and asset management.
• P&L responsibility and contract performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing specialist sub contractors
