? 3 Sites Across Central London

? £75,000 per annum + £6,000 Car Allowance

The Opportunity

300 North are partnering with a leading FM and engineering services provider to recruit a Technical Contract Manager to oversee a prestigious higher education portfolio across three Central London sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead a technically complex maintenance contract, managing operational delivery, compliance, client relationships and commercial performance across a high-profile estate.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a multi-site estate.
  • Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
  • Manage engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.
  • Drive health, safety, quality and compliance performance across the contract.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Identify efficiencies, service improvements and contract growth opportunities.
  • Oversee commercial performance including revenue, profitability, WIP and debt management.
  • Produce operational and performance reports for senior management and client review meetings.

About You


  • Proven experience managing FM maintenance contracts within a client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibility and contract budgets.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing directly employed engineers and subcontractor partners.
  • Working knowledge of CAFM systems and maintenance reporting.
  • IOSH Managing Safely essential.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.
  • Engineering qualification or apprenticeship background advantageous.
