Position: Maintenance Assistant
Location: Coventry
Salary: £30k Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, van and fuel card provided
Core Shifts:
Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
Late Shift: 13:30 - 22:00
Weekend Shift (1 in 5 rotation)
Wednesday: 06:00 - 14:30
Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
Friday: 06:00 - 14:30
Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
Rotation Pattern :consecutive weeks of:
3 Early Shifts
2 consecutive weeks of Late Shifts
1 weekend shift every 5 weeks
Location: Coventry
A growing Building Services Company is recruiting a maintenance engineer to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform building maintenance repairs
- Conduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Utilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.
- Cold minor plumbing and minor electrical works
- Must pass an enhanced DBS check
- Driving licence
