Job Opportunity:
Commercial Gas Engineer
Location:
Nottingham
Salary:
£45,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Vehicle provided - Fully managed
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days per year

Job Purpose:
Working for a leading Facilities Management company, you will be based across Education campuses in Nottingham.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and heating appliances.
- Servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial heating systems.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various sites all local
- Ensuring all work complies with gas safety regulations and health & safety policies.
- Diagnosing faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
- Keeping detailed records, completing job sheets, and reporting on work carried out.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential: Commercial gas qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).
- Strong experience in commercial gas servicing, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of heating systems, controls, and commercial plant rooms.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass enhanced security vetting due to the nature of the contract.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
