Role:
Maintenance Electrician - site based
Location:
Sedgefield - Stockton-on-Tees
Salary:
£31,030 per annum based on 38.75 hours per week
Working days are Monday-Friday 08:00 - 16:00
On call rota 1 in 4 with a standing payment of £135 (09:45-18:00 when on call)
23 days holiday plus annual stats

Our client is looking for a maintenance electrician to join their small estates team at Sedgefield hospital site.
The Role:
- Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on BMS control systems
- Competent PAT tester
- Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.
- To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools
- To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the Manager and/or sub-contractors of any follow up action that may be required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A time served electrician
- Experience of working within maintenance or FM environment
- 17th edition minimum
- Pass a DBS check
- Hold a full driving licence to use a pool vehicle around the site
