We are currently recruiting Industrial Heating Engineers to join an established team on a district heating scheme in Leicester.
 
You will work as part of a maintenance team covering maintenance service across several large plant rooms.

Duties include:

• Working on all mechanical building plants including:
• Pipefitting
• Pressure Systems
• Steam Traps
• Valves
• Compressors
• Steel & carbon pipework
• Condenser unites
• Planned preventative maintenance and scheduled lifecycle project work
• Reactive breakdown work
• Completing all necessary paperwork associated with the role
• Managing on-site contractors
• Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and procedures

The Applicant:

The successful candidate will be an experienced mechanical engineer and will ideally have worked in a hospital or large critical site before. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Heating and Ventilating (C&G 6188)
• Maintenance experience on commercial & industrial systems
• Experience with pipefitting, pressure systems, and ideally steam
• Experience working as part of a team and leading others
• Positive attitude and good customer services
