Role: Electrician
Location: Specific Government Building - Southwark
Salary: £42k per annum based on 40-hour week
- Overtime paid x1.5 after 45 hours & Weekends
- 50-hour week = 45 hours flat + 5 hours x1.5
- Call Out 1 in 5 then could change to 1 in 7 depending on the contract.
- Van & Fuel Card
- 25 days holidays, plus 8 stats & including 1 thank you day.
- Personal use of van
This is a static position where you will be required to be on site 4 out of 5 days. However, the 5th day you will be required to assist the mobile team. Travel is paid outside of the M25, should you be required.
We are working with a well-established Facilities Management company who are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer to be based on a specific government contract covering all planned and reactive maintenance, PPM, service & breakdowns on electrical installations.
You must be comfortable dealing with end clients and using your abilities to solve problems & issues on your own.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical
- 18th Edition
- 2391 4/5 of benefit
- PPM experience
- Reactive Maintenance
- Driving Licence
- Customer service skills
