Role: Electrician

Location: York

Salary: £33-£35k per annum based on 40 hour week

Package:

• Door to door travel
• All time paid - No travel allowance taken.
• 45 hours - flat compared to 40 hours less 30 mins (45 hours)
• Overtime paid x1.5 after 45 hours & Sat up to 12pm
• x2 After 12pm Saturday & Sunday

We are working with a well established Facilities management company who are looking to recruit a a mobile Electrician

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a set of specific commercial contracts.

Contracts include: Schools, Student accommodation, Pub chains, car show rooms, office blocks to name a few.

Works will include, service & maintenance of AHU's, EM lighting, fan coils and general power & lighting.

Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:

- 18 th edition

- NVQ 3 Level in electrical installation

- PPM & reactive maintenance experience

-2391/4/5 testing & inspection of benefit

- Reactive Maintenance

- Driving Licence

- Customer service skills
