Facilities Management Contract Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management organisation in Suffolk.

As a contract Administrator you who will be responsible for undertaking and leading a wide range of projects within the Healthcare and Education sector.


  • Location: Suffolk
  • Commercial /Contract management
  • Permanent Role
  • £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + Car Allowance
  • Private Medical cover

Duties will include:


  • Preparing of Key Deliverables and associated audits
  • Reviewing & managing Sub Contracts
  • Financial modelling support for bidding
  • Providing operational advice and support
  • Collating commercial templates and reporting
  • Risk Management reporting
  • Managing Early Warning and Compensation Event processes
  • Managing critical subcontractors
  • Data Analysis and management

The suitable candidate must:


  • Have suitable commercial experience within a Facilities Management industry
  • Be educated to degree / diploma level.
  • Experience of contract management of technical services contracts using the NEC3 form of contract and other forms (advantage not essential)
  • Contract management processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, commercial and negotiating skills;
  • Possess a desire to develop a career within Commercial Management
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Possess excellent financial acumen with an ability to analyse complex data and documentation with accuracy
  • Have experience of negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at various levels on commercial issues
  • Possess an understanding of risk analysis/management
  • Be PC Literate with knowledge of MS applications e.g. Word and advanced Excel skills and / or visual basic experience
  • Display thorough knowledge and experience of Business Assurance systems.
