Electrical Supervisor- Static
Location: Coventry
Salary: £38-£40K per annum Mon-Fri 40 hour week
Ot after 40 hours & Sat- x1.5 & Sun- x 2
23 days holiday plus stats
On call rota- Standing payment £100 plus minimum call out 4 hours @ x 1.5
No vehicle as this is a static site- There is parking on site
The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of facilities maintenance and support services in the built environment. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best known companies & public sector contracts.
They are a market leader in mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance for both the private and public sector.
They have offices throughout the UK.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer providing a Facilities support service covering Planned & Reactive Maintenance for the servicing, breakdown and repair of all associated works on a new build section of a large facility in Coventry.
You will be overseeing 4 static engineers.
You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.
You will be responsible for procuring materials.
The Person
- Strong Supervisory skills in an FM environment
Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment
A clean DBS check is essential too
NVQ's and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18 th edition
LV & HV Authorised person status
HNC/D of benefit but not essential
Strong working knowledge of HVAC & Mechanical works
Ability to manage sub- contractors and liaise effectively with mobile engineering manager & contracts manager
