Role: Fire Technician
Location: Manchester or surrounding areas covering M62 corridor
Salary; £30k per annum OT after 40 hours @ x1.5 Sat & x 2 Sunday.
Package: 25 days holiday plus 8 stat, company pension & Sick pay
Overview of Role:
My client is a leading facilities provider of commercial maintenance across various companies in the UK.
They are looking for an experience fire technician to undertake tests of fire doors, fire dampers and fire de-compartmentation across the m62 corridor from Liverpool to Halifax
There will be remedial works including Fire Batts & replacing dampers.
The role will ideally suit a retired fire fighter or someone who is currently working for a fire company.
Key requirements:
- You must have some relevant fire qualifications
- Full driving licence.
- Pass a DBS check
- Must be organised and strong with using PDA's to log jobs and accept jobs from the helpdesk.
Most of the sites are newbuild premises. Someone of a friendly & flexible disposition is a must as this role is very customer facing.
