Exciting opportunity to join a growing recruitment business as our Digital and Content Marketing Manager to help support our strategic growth and increase brand awareness.

As the Digital and Content Marketing Manager, reporting into the Director of Strategy & Marketing you will have experience with content generation, social media and overall digital marketing. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with superb interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn a new sector, or come ready with experience of working with a recruitment business. Most of all you need to possess a growth mindset and the passion to help us with our ambitious plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage execution of a content led marketing strategy.
  • Possess the ability to create inspiring SEO led content to be used across multiple sites and platforms.
  • Coordinate with our Strategy Director and overall team on the scope and direction of content creation. 
  • Plan, implement and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness - Act as our community manager on social media accounts
  • Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts. 
  • Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as required.
  • Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process. 
  • Own website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience. 
  • Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Be proactive with digital marketing trends to inform future growth opportunities.

Essential:

  • Outstanding social media experience and a drive to stay ahead of the game
  • Experience with content marketing and creation
  • Hardworking with a drive to improve company performance and support sales efforts
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role

Desirable:

  • Ability to create SEO led copy
  • Experience with delivering and reporting on KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution etc.
  • Experience using analytics platforms where necessary
  • SEO experience
  • Relevant digital marketing qualifications
