Role : Workflow Trainer- Facilities Management- Contract
Location: Reading
Salary: £35-£40k per annum based on a 37.5 hour week. This is an on-going contract role.
Benefits: Paid travel, fuel allowance at 0.45p per mile, meal allowance when working away & hotel paid for.

The role & Person specification:
The Workflow Trainer will engage with a broad range of internal. colleagues, understanding, developing & documenting our training capability in line with operational requirements & our evolving CAFM product set. You will be covering office locations across the South of England
Working with the Workflow Transformation Manager, the Workflow Trainer will be responsible for developing our suite of training materials, use of CAFM (system) workflow processes and soft skills to drive operational results through effective, structured and monitored learning.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organised, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Work with the Workflow Transformation Manager to develop / improve processes in line with feedback provided during the training roll-out
- Oversee and direct group training, workshops & individual training sessions
- Create & maintain a library of training material
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Qualifications & Specific Experience:
- Proven working experience as a trainer or teaching based position
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Evidence of material creation, PowerPoints, videos and other learning materials
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.

The Workflow Trainer will play a critical role in the ensuring our service delivery teams are fully equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, high quality learning
The Workflow Trainer will use a wide range of inputs and processes to gather end to end process information that they will use to continually enhance our training delivery offering, working with the operational, technical & technology communities to develop our onboarding and development capabilities.
