Full time, Permanent role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Organisation for a Quantity Surveyor based in Blackburn, Lancashire. This is a full time permanent role.

Duties
- Prepare enquiries
- Analyse and put tenders together
- Carry out evaluations on site
- Manage allocated accounts, including orders, payments and final accounts
- Close out final accounts in accordance with customer and company procedures
Qualifications and experience:
- You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Must have own transport as you will covering areas from Liverpool to Burnley.
- Experience of working on Public Buildings desirable.
