Role: Multi-Skilled Plumber

Location: North Birmingham

Salary & Package:

£11.22ph based on 40 hours (£23,337.60 per annum)

X1.5 after 40 hours & Saturday, X2 Sunday

Door to door travel less 30 mins of an evening

On call 1 in 6- Call out is at flat for travel, site time is double time-

Our client :

A large growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a maintenance plumber to work on a mobile basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all reactive Plumbing work.

The successful candidate will be ideally useful with minor joinery and plaster patching.

This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi - skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts


• Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion


• Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively


• Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Taps, radiators, valves, toilets, basins etc.


• Must be able to be organised and source materials confidentially to complete jobs from the merchants.


• Ability to use PDA/tablet software to raise additional work quotes- You will be given full training and on the job training for this.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment


• Relevant Plumbing Qualification


• Good understanding of fabric maintenance


• Confident working to tight deadlines


• Full, clean driving licence
