 - Exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join a leading Facilities management organisation in Suffolk - Responsible for a large Facilities Management contract the Account Director will have overall H&S and operational esponsibility for a large complex contract in Suffolk - As a senior lead you will be responsible for service delivery, compliance, client relationships and life cycle. - To be successful the client is looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong leadership senior management & delivery background within a large complex estate. - The Contract Director will be expected to have entrepreneurial spirit, is confident at senior level reporting and can demonstrate continuous improvement and success within their team. - Responsibilities include: - To lead, direct and motivate the Facilities Management team
- Management of the service delivery ensuring the needs of all customer are exceeded
- Budgetary and quality reviews and ensuring maintenance is carried out in line with these
- Developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders by regularly exceeding the standard of work delivered and coordinating the services activities
- Manage all aspects of contract delivery and ensure future growth
- Deliver business strategy and achieve service objectives and profit while maintaining a high level of Customer satisfaction
- Ensure sound decision making and leadership skills
- Be proactive in developing longer term business opportunities through effective client relationship management and customer service excellence
- Ensure financial budgets and commercial SLA obligations are achieved/exceeded
- Drive continuous improvement with the teams, celebrate success and ensuring interface between teams, with other sites to deliver as one team
- Train and develop staff .
- Plan for further succession planning
- Produce and validate monthly reports for both the client demonstrating service compliance with contracts and sector targets
- Business growth, monthly reporting
 
 
 - Qualifications/Requirements - A proven managerial track record for past 3/5 years
- Technical background would be an advantage either engineering or Mechanical /Electrical
- Total knowledge and understanding of the SLAs, opportunities and risks
- Working knowledge of the estate and provision of services
- Strong leadership skills and qualities
- Excellent stakeholder relationships
- People management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Excellent presentation skills
