Data & Telecoms Engineer
Location
Cambridgeshire
Salary- £24-£26k per annum plus OT, 28 days holiday, pension and full expensed use of company van during working hours
The Company
Our client is a leading provider of telecoms & data installation projects across the UK. They work with many main contractors and end clients. They have a number of prestigious contracts they work on and are rapidly expanding.
The Role
The role would be suited to an established data engineer who is happy to work away or a commercial biased electrical improver/electrician who is looking for the next step in their career. The work is all new install work with CAT5 & CAT6 data cable/fibre optics & radio.
Training and course will be paid for and provided by the company.
The Person
NVQ level 2 or some relevant qualifications.
The successful candidate must have a strong install side.
CSCS card
17th edition wiring regs of benefit
Candidate must be organised
Able to read schematic drawings
PASMA (of benefit)
IPAF is essential
Full UK driving licence No more than 6 points
Must be able to pass a DBS check
The Package
The position is a permanent contract you will be required to work nights as well as days. OT rates are applicable as well. Everything is paid for whilst away with a £25 lodge allowance.
A vehicle and fuel card is included for work purposes.
