We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor to be based on a contract in the Oxford area but will cover 5 sites across Gloucestershire and Oxford
- Electrical qualified
- Salary £32,000 - £35,000 + Van

This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer looking for the next development stage in their career who has some experience of supervising subcontractors.
This is a large reputable facilities Management organisation with lots of development and progression opportunities.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer/ Supervisor primary role will be to work closely with service providers and the client to ensure the maintenance and extra works are delivered on time, effectively and efficiently, maintaining compliance on all locations and driving service improvements as required.
The role will form an essential part of the operational management of the contract and will be client forward facing, the candidate will work closely with all teams and will have to have excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to
We are looking for a confident, experienced and driven individual with good planning and organisational skills
Duties:
- Supervise service providers delivering the planned and reactive maintenance
- Liaise with the client on each establishment on behalf of the service provider
- Carry out site surveys with the service provider to produce extra works quotations and liaise with contract administration for collation and reporting
- Carry quality audits to assist the assurance quality Manager
- Experience in supervision or management
- Monthly reporting data to be compiled by the administration team
- To work as part of an operational management team contributing and supporting with the operational performance of contract
- To monitor the performance of the service providers and to liaise with management structure
- Hold review meetings with the service providers and Client on each establishment.
- Fair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levels
- Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
- Promote and drive the company values
- Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Electrical qualifications to C&G or equivalent
- Good knowledge and experience of Fire systems
- Good It skills and efficient with completing documentation
- Strong negotiation skills (Requirement)
