Excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant to join an established but growing opitians. As the Internal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the companies recruitment campaigns and budgets.

The role
You’ll have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships quickly and credibly. You’ll work well with our Hiring Managers – meeting deadlines, maintaining excellent communications and contributing to decision-making in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable managing the recruitment budget and demonstrating leadership ability in all that you do. We’ll want to see a proven track record in talent resourcing plus evidence of implementing successful recruitment campaigns across multiple channels. And you’ll need to be willing to travel.
