Project Quantity Surveyor
Cladding, Remediation & Main Contracting
Kent / South East London
£65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
We are currently supporting a growing contractor who are looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor into their expanding Southern commercial team following a major increase in secured workload.
The business operates across:
- cladding remediation
- façade projects
- strip and re-clad schemes
- refurbishment
- and wider main contracting works
This is not a replacement hire.
The role is being created because the business has secured a substantial pipeline of live projects and now needs to strengthen the commercial team around delivery.
The Opportunity

Role Overview
The role will involve supporting live remediation and main contracting projects across the South East with a mixture of office, site and home working.
Typical duties will include:
- subcontractor management
- variations
- valuations
- cost reporting
- procurement support
- package management
- commercial reporting
- and supporting overall project delivery
Projects involve a significant amount of remediation and recladding work, so understanding the commercial complexity around:
- changing scopes
- uncovered defects
- legacy building issues
- and live project variations
will be highly beneficial.
Previous cladding or façade experience would be useful but is not essential.
The client is very open to candidates currently working within:
- main contracting
- refurbishment
- envelope
- external works
- specialist subcontracting
- or wider construction commercial environments
