Assistant Site Manager - £270 per Day CIS
Location: Ripon
Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Further Work)
We are seeking a Site Manager to join a prestigious new build bespoke housing project consisting of 28 high-quality plots in Kirby Malzeard. You will oversee the development with the Site Manager and manage subcontractors on site.
Key Requirements:
- SMSTS certification is essential
- Proven experience managing residential projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality
