Role: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £65K - £70k per annum
Package: 25 days plus 8 days holiday

An exciting role for an M&E Quantity Surveyor with a large regional M&E contractor has arisen. The company are well established with flag ship contracts across the UK.
They cover the commercial M&E sector, working in partnership with well know builders and key end clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience within M&E contracting. There will be opportunities to progress in time also.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
- Produce monthly commercial reports
- Monthly financial reviews
- Cash flow forecasting
- Validation of Contracts
- To agree and resolve final accounts
- Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
- Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
- Risk and opportunity management procedures
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified of benefit
- HNC/HND level in building services essential
