Role: Freelance Site Manager
Location: North West (schools portfolio)
Rate: £220 per day CIS
Perks: Van & fuel card provided
Duration: 6 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Project: School plant rooms and roofing upgrades
Our client requires site managers in Cheshire to oversee contracts on schools over the next 6 weeks.
The Role
- Managing subcontractors working on site
- Ensuring work is being completed to specification
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Enhanced DBS
- Driver licence as will be required to attend multiple schools
