Role: Site Manager
Location: Wakefield
Start Date: Monday 7th July
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
Duration: 5 weeks
Pay: £250.00 per day (CIS)
Contract: Temporary
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded national FM and Construction firm, who require experienced Site Managers to oversee refurbishment and upgrade works on fully operational sites in Wakefield. Due to the nature of the sites, you will be required to have recently passed an Enhanced DBS check.
The role:
You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, professionally, and in strict accordance with safeguarding requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing subcontractors on construction projects
- SMSTS, First Aid certification and CSCS card
- Recent passed Enhanced DBS check
- Strong track record managing sites, particularly with adults such as healthcare/colleges/schools
