Location: Rochdale
Start Date: Monday 23rd June. Monday to Friday.
We are recruiting a freelance, reliable and experienced Site Manager to supervise the contractor's installation of a sports pitch drainage system at an educational site in Rochdale. This contract lasts for 4 to 5 weeks starting on Monday 23rd June.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the contractors onsite.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications and Enhanced DBS.
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations efficiently.
