Role: Electrical Project Manager
Location : South Leeds (National Travel)
Role:
We are seeking an electrical project manager to deliver up to 5 projects ranging from £200k - £1.2m.
The company are established 20 years & have a strong foot-hold in the warehouse and car showroom sectors.
This is not a cradle to grave role it is delivery and managing the project. All works are subbed out to tried and tested labour only contractors.
Due to the nature of the works you will be on the road a lot as the works are national. You will be required to stay over night. There is a lot of travel for site meetings.
- Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as a lot of sites are live
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Black ECS card
- NVQ's and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18 th edition
- Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the buying, design and estimating department
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
