Location: London
Salary: £65000 plus car allowance and 20% bonusWe are delighted to be recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager to join our client’s team. This is a key role with responsibility for the effective management and optimisation of a portfolio of PFI assets.
Summary:
As the PFI Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the total facilities management (TFM) services across multiple PFI sites, ensuring contractual compliance, driving performance, and maximising asset value.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are fully compliant with PFI standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and audits of FM service delivery.
- Produce regular reports and ensure accurate completion of internal trackers and regional data submissions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including SPVs, service providers, and public sector partners.
- Monitor project financials and support the delivery of variations and lifecycle projects.
- Oversee contractual and financial delivery of minor works and lifecycle replacement programmes.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in a senior facilities management role with responsibility for PFI contracts, ideally in healthcare or education settings (essential).
- Thorough understanding of PFI contractual frameworks, lifecycle obligations, and compliance standards.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
