Assistant Quantity Surveyor
London - Dartford / Hybrid
£38,000 to £42,000
300 North are supporting our client to introduce a construction biased Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the London area to work on prestigious high rise projects within the M25.
Duties:
- Undertake costing activities, under direction, utilising a sound working knowledge of the cost coding structure for the project.
- Measure completed works for allocated sections of the project, for interim and final accounts, including recording agreements with the client.
- Provide comprehensive financial and surveying related information as required by senior management, including monthly performance review meetings, measuring the works for payment and final account purposes.
Requirements:
- Experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on large scale schemes.
- The desire to engage with project teams to develop commercial awareness.
- As an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject.
