Maintenance Joiner
Durham
£22.20 per hour CIS
2 Months Minimum
38.75 hours
Our client is looking for a joiner to join their estates department based in Durham.
The Role
You will be required to join the estates department and undertake planned maintenance
Duties Include:-
- Joinery repairs
- Door Ironmongery( door closures, locks, fittings etc..)
- Flooring
- Roof repairs
- Furniture & equipment assembly and repair
- Window repairs & replacements
- Periodic inspection of fire doors, panic bars
- Installation and fixing of all types of ceilings
The Person
- You must be times served NVQ level 3
- You must have maintenance experience
- Clean UK Driving licence
- Standard DBS required
