Interim SPV Manager - Healthcare PFI
We are looking for an immediately available SPV Manager in the North West
- Location: North West
- Contract: Interim 3- 6 months
- Day Rate: Competitive (Inside/Outside IR35 negotiable)
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the SPV, ensuring contractual and financial compliance
- Act as the key point of contact for the Trust, FM provider, and investors, managing relationships and resolving issues
- Ensure service delivery meets performance standards and contractual KPIs
- Manage risk, governance, and reporting obligations, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Lead on lifecycle planning, variations, and contract negotiations
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SPV Manager within a healthcare PFI environment - Essential
- Must be immediately available
- Strong understanding of PFI contracts, compliance, and financial management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance improvements
- Experience working with NHS Trusts and FM providers
- Available for an interim role with immediate or short notice availability
