Description

Role: Site Manager

Location: Leyburn, North Yorkshire

Rate: £250 per day CIS (8-hour day, Monday to Friday)

Contract: Temporary - Long Term

 

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a bespoke housebuilder for a Site Manager to oversee a new build project comprising of bespoke house plots.

 

Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience in delivering high-end bespoke housing projects
  • Strong focus on Health & Safety (H&S)
  • Exceptional attention to quality and detail
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and RAMS
  • Effective reporting to the Contract Manager
  • Awareness of local community considerations
  • Ability to interpret architectural designs and plans
