Mon-Fri - 6-9 months work
Rate £350 per day Umbrella CIS
Role:
We are looking for contract manager to oversee the delivery of 2 live Decarbonisation projects on large commercial buildings in Newcastle - value is worth £4.5m.
Works include decommissioning of existing systems and installation of renewable energies.
You will be overseeing 2 site managers
Must have a demonstrable background in managing M&E and construction schemes with the decarbonisation field.
Strong health & safety background
Ability to write reports & plan works safely.
HNC or HND of benefit.
SMSTS
First aid.
You will report directly to the contract manager
