We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards for our client based in West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Managing all aspects of new build projects from inception to completion - full cradle to grave
✔ Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
✔ Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
✔ Budgeting, cost control, and reporting project progress
✔ Leading and motivating project teams to achieve targetsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the new build construction sector
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction best practices
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
