Our Client is a Leading Maintenance provider looking to bolster their great team
Ideal candidates will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. Ideally you will have a joinery bias and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence.
- To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
Service and repair of doors, windows, and general building fabric.
Service and repair of plumbing systems.
Small plaster repairs and painting.
Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
PPM across relevant sites
Reactive service desk calls across relevant sites.
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Joiner with experience in installation and maintenance work. You'll be able to respond efficiently to the appointments arranged by the service desk, and you'll have excellent customer care skills.
Travel within the local Wakefield region will be required for visiting client sites. Valid UK Driving licence is required. Work van provided for Company use
