Role: Minor Works Project Supervisor
Location: Durham
Temporary Contract
Pay rate; £18.85 PAYE
Hours: 38.75 per week

Role:
We are currently recruiting for an on-going temporary role to assist with the delivery of multiple small projects in a sensitive health care environment for a facilities management provider. Works include new flooring, painting, LED upgrades and toilet/facilities upgrades.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to work closely with the health care provider managing subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered in a professional, efficient and safe manner.
The ideal candidate must have strong IT skills on excel.
You do not need to be technical but a good eye to detail and willingness to learn on the job is very important.
A background in facilities' management would be of benefit.
