Freelance Project Manager
Wakefield
2-3 x Months work
Rate: £300 per day CIS
We an exciting opportunity working for a leading Facilities Management Organisation, for a Project Manager in Wakefield West Yorkshire.
Duties of the Role:
- Managing multiple small works projects at any one time
Reviewing cost estimations and putting together pricing packages
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
Liaise with contractors and stakeholders at all levels
Completion of scheduled work
Ensuring projects are adhering to strict health & safety regulations
Requirements/Qualifications
- Candidates must have previous experience managing projects on a facilities management contract
Good knowledge of the build environment
Exceptional organisational and methodical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders
