We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Regional Operations Manager to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing PFI healthcare assets and facilities acfross a portfolio of contracts

As the PFI Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day TFM facilities management operations of a portfolio of healthcare PFI contracts in the South and South West regions and asset management.
Duties Include:
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with PFI (Private Finance Initiative) standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality
- Monthly reviews and regular reporting and auditing of facilities management contracts
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within facilities management PFI healthcare contracts (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of facilities PFI healthcare contracts including PFI standards and regulations HTMs
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
