Role: Electrical Contract Manager
Salary: £90k - £100k per annum.
Location: London & Surrounding home counties
24 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
Discretionary last Friday of the month off (possible additional 12 days annual leave)
£5k retention bonus on 12 months service
The Role
We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for an electrical contract manager to oversee 2 electrical projects managers covering up to 4 live projects with works up to £15m electrically.
You will be working closely with the operations director and project managers to ensure the main contractor and end client are receiving the best possible service.
The company self deliver most of the works and use specialist sub contractors and price work sub contractors on packages.
You will directly to the operations director.
Sectors include : retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of frame work agreements and long standing relationships with large builders.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit
- Must have a time served apprenticeship electrical apprenticeship if not holding the above
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills
The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
There is a great opportunity to progress into the operations manager role.
