Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington
Salary: £50-£60k per annum
Package: 22 days plus 8 days holiday

An exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor with a large contractor has arisen. The company are well established with flag ship contracts across the North west - values up to £20M.
They are delivering a large Solar lighting scheme on a very lagre commercial site, the packages include civils and M&E.
There will be opportunities to progress.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
- Produce monthly commercial reports
- Monthly financial reviews
- Cash flow forecasting
- Validation of Contracts
- To agree and resolve final accounts
- Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
- Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
- Risk and opportunity management procedures
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified of benefit
- HNC/HND level in building services essential
