Project Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large Asset Management Organisation to work on PFI contracts acros the Bristol area.

- £60000 plus £5750 Car allowance + 20% bonus (£78000 package)
- PFI Contract
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing lifecycle, defect and variation works for clients within the PFI Sector and external markets
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders and other specialist support partners to deliver defect, lifecycle and variation works
- Manage the lifecycle delivery process from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 6 for all projects allocated to you
- Attend client and contractor meetings
- Produce and monitor tracking tools to deliver the change control services
- Manage the financial reporting and invoicing of works delivered
- Provide support in the production of delivery tools
- Manage allocated Assistant Project Managers or Project Managers
Role Requirements/Qualifications
- Extensive Project Management experience of capital expenditure works ranging from £50k - £1m +
- Extensive experience working on a PFI contract
- Construction Project Delivery Experience
- Great knowledge of PFI contract documentation and change control processes.
- Team management experience
- Ability to interact at a senior management team level through presentations, one to one meeting’s and by written reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Full Preferably clean UK Driving Licence
