M&E Site Manager
Location: Leeds city centre
Salary: £275 - £290 per day CIS
Mon- Thurs 7.30am- 5.30pm
Fri 7.30am - 3.30pm
The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.
We are looking for an electrical bias M&E Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 40 week programme on a large private apartments on an existing building. The works are of a commercial nature..
You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.
You will be responsible for procuring materials and keeping a keen eye on commercial costs.
You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the electrical works and implementation of RAMS on site .
The Person
· Strong Supervisory skills
· Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment
· SSSTS or SMSTS
· JIB Gold Technician card
· NVQ's and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18th edition
· Strong working knowledge of HVAC & Mechanical works
· Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
